Abstract
We present a new database, made by webscraping TrustPilot site during November 2023. We describe the process used to create this database and then some preliminary results. We focus on the zero-shot classification experiment and its results.
About this workshop
The aim of this workshop is to promote technical and practical exchanges between researchers who use NLP methods. There is no hesitation in detailing the code (r/python), sharing tips, and discovering new methods and models.
